We would like to think we could service every area, every hour of the day but its just not realistic for a small business.
What we have done, is given you a little insight into our service areas, and rates. Areas marked with a (*) star maybe charged extra $10 on the quote depending on the size of the job, this is to accommodate for fuel and technician driving time. Areas marked with (**) double stars may be charged more than $10. The amount extra is dependent on how many jobs we get close to your, less commonly serviced location.
We’re not in the game to rip people off, we actually enjoy being low cost and fair, but like anyone, we need to get paid for delivering the right results for our clients.
The Phone Quote
Feel secure because 90% of all job prices quoted over the phone remain the same. The only time we feel we need to charge more is when:
- There were more rooms than quoted for.
- The rooms in the house measure larger than what is considered a standard size room.
- The carpets are soiled and require a stronger chemical hit.
- The carpets have stubborn stains that you want removed.
- The property requires enzyme treatments for unpleasant smells and odours.
